Audit Reports

Overview

In accordance with Article 151(2) of the Constitution of India, the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on Performance Audit on Outcomes of Higher Education in Punjab - Government of Punjab, was forwarded to the State Government on 08 June 2022 for laying in the State Legislature.  The Report was laid in the State Legislature on 29 June 2022

The Report contains the results of performance audit on Outcomes of Higher Education in Punjab in respect of schemes related to accessibility, affordability and quality of higher education launched by University Grants Commission, Ministry of Education under Rashtriya Uchchtar Shiksha Abhiyan, State Government and  criteria adopted by National Assessment and Accreditation Council during accreditation to the Higher Education Institutes in coordination with the Director Public Instructions, State Project Director under the control of the Department of Higher Education, Government of Punjab and Vice Chancellor of Selected Universities for the period from April 2015 to March 2020.
