Shri Naveen Singhvi is an IA & AS officer of the 2008 batch.He is a commerce graduate, and a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
He joined the Academy as Director on 28 July 2020. Before his joining the National Academy, he has worked in several capacities, as Assistant Accountant General and Deputy Accountant General (O/o Principal Accountant General, Rajasthan), Dy. Director (O/o Principal Director of Audit & Navy at Branch Office New Delhi), Dy. Director (O/o Director General of Audit - Economic and Service Ministries, New Delhi), Director (O/o Comptroller and Auditor General of India, New Delhi) and Dy. Director of External Audit (O/o Director of External Audit-India in United Nations Board of Auditors at New York). He has diverse experience in National and International audits and Administration.At international level, he has represented Supreme Audit Institution of India at various fora.
He has handled the work relating to planning, reporting, interaction with governance bodies and other stakeholders regarding audits of United Nations Secretariat and its various departments and offices and UNICEF, which also included coordination with other members from different parts of the world at United Nations Board of Auditors in New York. Prioir to that, he has also audited United Nations Headquarters at New York, twice. He has been a visiting faculty at International Centre for Information Systems and Audit (ICISA) Noida, and other training institutes under the aegis of the CAG of India. He has also been a nominated member from the CAG of India on various committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
