The Comptroller and Auditor General of India, has been elected as External Auditor of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Vienna for a six-year term from 2022 to 2027. The Comptroller & Auditor General will take over from the incumbent External Auditor of IAEA, Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia.
The IAEA is the world's centre for cooperation in the nuclear field. It was set up as the world's "Atoms for Peace" organization within the United Nations family. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Rome
The Comptroller and Auditor General of India has been appointed as External Auditor of Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Rome for a six-year term from 2020-2025. The Comptroller & Auditor General has taken over this audit from SAI Philippines in May/June 2020.

CAG has also posted a senior officer as Director of External Audit (DEA) in FAO headquarters in Rome. The DEA is responsible for Risk Assessment, Audit Planning, Quality Assurance of audit deliverables, interfacing with the FAO management, Those Charged with Governance (TCWG) and internal audit

The Comptroller and Auditor General of India is the External Auditor of World Health Organization (WHO) for a four-year term from 2020-2023. The Comptroller & Auditor General has taken over this audit from SAI Philippines in May/June 2020.

The Comptroller and Auditor General of India is the External Auditor of Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) for a three-year term from 2021-2023. The Comptroller & Auditor General will take over this audit from SAI UK.
The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), headquartered at Hague, Netherlands, is the implementing body for the Chemical Weapons Convention, which entered into force on 29 April 1997.
