This office is responsible for the following work for the smooth and according to rules functioning and to complete the cycle of Inspection of Treasuries and Sub Treasuries in a year:-

• Formation of Inspection Parties.
• Intimation the programmes of the inspection to the related units.
• Office conducted annual inspection of 79 treasuries and 209 sub treasuries. Compliance is ensured on the basis of inspection report andcompliance report is reconciled with the key document, then paras are settled.

Preparation of annual review report on the basis of annual inspection report and same is sent to finance department of Uttar Pradesh Govt. and Director of Treasury, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow to sort out the dificiencies/shortcoming
