Dr D Anish belongs to 2011 Batch of Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IAAS). He is a graduate of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry and has a doctorate in Poultry Science. Prior to his posting in Shillong as Senior Deputy Accountant General, he underwent training as Officer Trainee in National Academy of Audit and Accounts, Shimla and worked as Sr. Deputy Accountant General and Deputy Accountant General in charge of Audit and Administration in Accountants’ General Offices in Thiruvananthapuram, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Dr Anish has been deputed to various international assignments in the United Kingdom, China and in United Nations, New York. .
