- All correspondence and pursuance of applications received for new CGHS cards, addition/deletion of members and surrender of CGHS card.
- Obtaining permission for referral cases and ex-post facto permission from HOD and CGHS authorities.
- Correspondence relating to annual Health checkup of Group-A officers.
- Correspondence in respect of medical cases admitted in emergency.
- Giving personal hearing to individual members of staff regarding difficulties or grievances.
- Providing First Aid to staff members.
- Arrangement of functions on National festivals, communal Harmony week, Sadbhavana Diwas etc.
- Implementation of Disaster Management Programme and corresponding there to.
- Reservation of Guest Houses etc.
- Fund raising campaign for Natural Disaster, Flag day etc.
- Pursuing matters relating to pension and other retirement benefits of retired personnel.
- Matters relating to CGEWCC .
- Corresponding with Associations, citizen’s committee & Residents Committee.
- Conducting misc. welfare activities viz. Physical fitness programme, Eye camp, Dental checkup, Yoga Camp etc.
Gender perspective plan- conducting general medical health checkup for all women employees and observance of Mahila Divas etc.
