The office conducts Performance audit, Compliance audit, Financial audit of Direct taxes department, Indirect taxes department and Central Expenditure audit of Central Autonomous Bodies. The audit is conducted in conformity with Auditing Standards issued by Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
