In National Training Programmes (Information Technology and General) for Indian Audit and Accounts Department (IA&AD), the Principal Director (Personnel) nominate the participants from Group A officers of Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) with a direction to that office (from where the Group A belongs) to nominate two Group B officers of IA&AD. The cost of these trainings are expenditure of iCISA. Trainings are also held for Group A officers of Central / State Government organizations based on their request and subject to availability of training slots. The course fee, boarding and lodging in such trainings are charged as per DoPT rates. iCISA caters only to organizational training request and do not cater to individual training request.

Participants can avail the service of Delhi Metro for travelling from Indira Gandhi (International / Domestic) Airport, New Delhi Railway Station, Anand Vihar ISBT to nearest metro railway station at Vaishali and then utilizing auto service there from to iCISA. They can also avail taxi service from above places and from Hazart Nizamuddin Railway Station to iCISA. ICISA do not provide for transportation / nor does it reimburse for transportation in case of national training (internal as well as external) participants. The transportation has to be arranged on their own. The details of iCISA’s taxi vendors and phone numbers are available on request.
