Accounts of Orissa Drugs & Chemicals Limited (ODCL) have been in arrears since 2012-13. However, as per HQ Notification No. 155/09—SMU/2020 dated 09-07-2020, CPSEs under Department of Pharmaceuticals, viz., BCPL and ODCL have been transferred to O/o the PDA (Health, Welfare and Rural Development) New Delhi.
