History

The erstwhile South Eastern Railway was trifurcated into South Eastern Railway, East Coast Railway and South East Central Railway w.e.f. 1^st April 2003. The office of Principal Director of Audit, South East Central Railway, Bilaspur was functioning with combined cadre till 31-03-2006 and separated w.e.f. 01-04-2006. After re-organization, South East Central Railway now comprises of three divisions having their Headquarters at Nagpur, Bilaspur and Raipur.
