RTI Ranchi has a library with more than 5000 books on a number of subjects/topic/issues such as Auditing  Finance, Management, Human Resource Development, Accountancy, Law, Taxation Laws, IT, History, Culture, Literature, Departmental Rules, Regulations, MSOs etc.

The library is housed in an air-conditioned hall with seating arrangement for 8 to 10 officials at a time.
