VLC(Voucher Level Compilation) Section compiles  accounts received from Treasuries/Sub Treasuries of the Government of Manipur. It also captures compiled accounts received from Public Works and Forest Divisions. 

Monthly Civil Account and Annual Accounts of the State Government are generated from VLC.
