For clearance of your Missing Credits, please provide the details of GPF Deduction from your salary (i.e. Major Head of Salary, Treasury Voucher No. , Treasury Voucher Date, Gross amount of the Voucher, GPF Deduction Amount & Net Amount of Voucher along with copy of GPF Schedule.)  Kindly note that if missing credit is shown as 06/2019 then it means details of salary for 05/2019 are required (since salary is paid at the end of that month).
