Overview
The Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on the Finances of the State of Haryana 2016-17 comprises three chapters. Chapter-I provides an assessment of the State Government's fiscal position as on 31 March 2017 and is based on the audit of Finance Accounts for the year 2016-17. Chapter-II gives a Grant wise description of appropriations and the manner in which the allocated resources were managed by the service delivery departments and is based on the audit of Appropriation Accounts, 2016-17. Chapter-III shows Government's compliance to various reporting requirements and financial rules.
