     Training & Exam Section is engaged in under mentioned work/activities

1. Organizing under mentioned training as per schedule every year

1. Preparation of Annual Training Programme on the basis of Training Need Analysis for RTI in the month of December each year.

2. Preparation of Annual Calendar of In-house training programme in the month of February each year and ensuring their compliance by the sectors/ sections.

3. Organizing preliminary training for SAS Examination before commencement of SAS Mains examination, arranging training needs for (i) fresh candidate of Revenue Audit Exam, (ii) training needs of Clerks/Typist promoted from Group ‘D’ (iii) fresh candidates of Departmental Examination for Data Entry Operator (Grade ‘A’) for promotion to the post of Grade ‘B’, GP- Rs.2800.

4. Taking steps and compliance of minutes of Regional Advisory Committee meetings as per schedules of RTI, Ranchi.

5. Organizing In-house training as per Annual Calendar.

6. Nominating officers/officials of this office for various training programme organized by RTI Ranchi, iCED Jaipur, BPST New Delhi, iCISA Noida & other RTI’s.

7. Nominating faculties for various training Programmes in RTI, Ranchi

8. Co-ordinating Hindi Training Programme viz- Prabodh, Praveen, Pragya & Parangat and hindi typing training for DEO’s, Clerks Organized by Rajbhasha Department (Home Ministry of India).

2. Organizing under mentioned exams as per schedule every year

1. SAS PT Exam: Soon after the declaration of the results of last SAS(Mains) Examination

2. SAS/RA/I/CPD Exam: In the month of September/October (Mains) & March/April (Supplementary)

3. Incentive Exam for Sr. Auditors: In the month of April

4. Departmental Exam for Auditors: In the month of February & August

5. Limited competitive Departmental Exam for Intermediate pass MTS for Promotion to Clerk: In the month of September

6. Departmental Examination for Data Entry Operator Grade A for promotion to the post of Grade ‘B’, GP- Rs.2800 (presently console operator): In the month of January/February

7. In house test on e-module on “Introduction to IT Audit” in the month of January and July.
