AMG-I Introduction

Consequent to re-structuring of State Audit Offices in May 2020, two clusters namely Industries and Commerce and Public Works fall under the jurisdiction of the Audit Management Group-I (AMG-I). As per this arrangement, AMG-I conducts audit of Departmental units/ Agencies/ PSUs/ABs falling under the Roads & Building Department and Industries & Mines Department of the Government of Gujarat.

For ease of functioning, AMG-I has been further divided into three branches i.e., Headquarters-I, Headquarters II and Report Section. Each branch is under the direct charge of Senior Audit Officer.
