Shri Vijay N. Kothari
Accountant General (Audit-II) Gujarat
Shri Vijay Nanalal Kothari, IAAS has joined as the Accountant General (Audit-II) Gujarat, Ahmedabad on 7-10-2022 (AN). He has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA) and Professional Qualifications of CS, MBA and CIA. He belongs to IAAS (Batch 2002). He has previously served as the Principal Director of Audit (Central), Ahmedabad from April 2021 to October 2022.
Prior to that, he was posted as the Principal Director of Audit (Defence Services), Pune, from July 2018 to April 2021.
Shri Vijay N. Kothari is responsible for the overall supervision of Office of the Accountant General (Audit-II), Gujarat, Ahmedabad and is looking after the direct charges of Central Audit Report (CAR) and Internal Test Audit (ITA) Branches.
The Accountant General (Audit-II) is assisted by four Group Officers (Deputy/Sr. Deputy Accountants General) who head the Administration Group, and three Audit Management Groups (AMGs) viz., AMG-I, AMG-II and AMG-III.
