About Administration Section Churchgate
Administration Section, Churchgate, is headed by Sr. Audit Officer, assisted by two Assistant Audit officers/ Supervisor, 01 Welfare Assistant, Sr. Auditors/ Auditors, Junior Hindi Translators and Clerk/Typists.
Administration Section is dealing with matters related to Recruitment, Promotions, Fixation of Pay, maintaining service books, leave accounts, preparation of salary bills and various allowances of GOs & NGOs, maintenance of T& P Register, Cash Imprest, weeding and destructions of records, various advances, Provident Fund, Income Tax, arranging stationeries and various forms, CGEGIS, Grant in aids, Pensionary Benefits to staff, Stock registers, Records management, General maintenance and up keep of the office, Expenditure related to Telephones, Fax, Internet, service postage stamps etc., issue of Passes and PTO, Medical bills, issue of Railway Medical Card, CGHS related issues, Receipt & Dispatch of letters etc. and many more items pertaining to Administration.
