As per rule 2.15 of DFR cadre of Divisional Accountant is responsible for three fold duties:

As Accountant: Compiler of Accounts of the Division.

As Internal Auditor: Representative of AG.

As Financial Assistant: General Assistant and Advisor to Divisional Officer in all matters relating to Accounts and budget estimates or to operation of financial rules generally.
