2. Why missing Credits (MC’s)?

Ans: Due to misclassification by DDO’s/DTO’s. Due to non-drawal of pay.

3. Why penal interest?

Ans: Due to delay in recovery of loan beyond moratorium period/ Non completion of formalities/Non Utilisation of loan.

4. Why difference in interest calculation?

Ans: Interest will accrues from the month of disbursement of loan. Where as the DDO’s calculate from the month of first recovery.
