Administration
Administration group is responsible for the overall administration of the office including cadre controlling functions and is headed by Deputy Accountant General. The following sections collectively form Administration Group under his charge.
Administration-I
HR I& II: dealing with promotions, preparation of panel material, transfers and postings, maintenance of staff database, recruitments, mutual transfer applications, deputations, loans and advances, etc.
Administration-II
Legal & Service Matters: dealing with Disciplinary and Court cases, RTI Act, 2005 related matters, APARs, Budget, retirements, resignations, pension, maintenance of gradation list, Association matters, MACP, FR 56 J review, etc.
Bill
dealing with payment of pay and allowances of staff, settlement of Travelling Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, medical claims, etc.
Office Establishment:
Dealing with general housekeeping, procurement, maintenance of stock, monitoring of inward/outward dak, overall maintenance of office.
Information Systems wing
Dealing with purchase, procurement and maintenance of IT hardware, software, peripherals, networking infrastructure, maintenance of office website.
Training & Language
Dealing with training requirements of the office, conduct of training classes and nominations of officials for courses (in-house and RTI, Hyderabad), conducting various departmental examinations, matters related to Rajbhasha.
