Shri Ramawatar Sharma, Accountant General (Audit) Bihar Shri Ramawatar Sharma, IA&AS 2003 Batch assumed the charge as Accountant General( Audit), Bihar, Patna in this office on 1st January 2021. Born in 1975, Shri Ramawatar Sharma has basic qualifications of B.Sc. and M.A. in Public Administration along with professional degrees of L.L.B. and C.I.S.A.He has earlier worked as Assistant Commissioner of Police at Delhi Police and joined the Indian Audit & Accounts Service in the year 2003. After joining, he served as Assistant Accountant General, Dy. Accountant General and Sr. Dy. Accountant General in different audit offices at Jaipur, Kohima, Baroda and New Delhi. He has also served as Director in National Academy of Audit & Accounts (NAAA), Shimla. After that he was posted as Director in the Office of Principal Director of Audit, Washington. He has attended various training programs held at IIM, Ahmedabad, iCED, Jaipur, iCISA, Noida, NAAA, Shimla, National Academy of Audit, Kualalampur, Malaysia and Berkeley University,California. He has varied international experience like audit of International Organisation of Migration (IOM) at Russia, Turkey and Austria and audit of UNICEF at New York, China, Myanmar, Indonesia, Burkina Faso and Senegal. He is a certified International Standard of Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAI) Facilitator for Financial Audit. He has also attended and conducted workshops on the same at Thailand and Tokyo on behalf of ASOSAI. |
