A subscriber shall subscribe monthly to the fund except during the period when he is under suspension.

The amount of subscription shall be fixed by subscriber himself. However, it may be any sum not less than ten percent of his emoluments and not more than his total emoluments.

The amount of subscription so fixed may be reduced once at any time during the course of the year or enhanced twice during the course of the year.
