During 2019-20 following activities were held – 1 Dental health check-up camp of Kolarkar Dental Clinic, Gokulpeth, Nagpur and lecture /slide show programme on Tobacco free India was arranged for the benefit of staff members on 10/5/2019. 2. Pledge on a/c of Anti Terrorist Day was taken by all Officers and staff on 21/5/2018. 3. Yogabhyas class of Shri Ram Barnwal, SAO was arranged for four days i.e. 17/6/2019 to 20/6/2019 for the benefit of staff members and was concluded on International Yoga Day of 21/6/2019. 4. Supported to Office Establishment section in conducting mock fire drill of evacuation of staff from office premises with a view to check the fire preparedness and to provide training to staff members on 21/6/2019 by the team of Chief Fire Officer, NMC, Nagpur. 5. Waste Management System was implemented in July,2019 in office premises as instructed by C&AG office, New Delhi. 6.. Oath on account of “Sadhbhavana Diwas” was taken on 20/8/2019 by all officers and staff members of the office. 7. Pledge on account of ” Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Diwas” was taken by all the officers and staff members on 31/10/2019. 8. Organised “Vigilance awareness week” for the period from 28/10/2019 to 2/11/2019 by displaying banners and posters. Integrity pledge on a/c of vigilance awareness week was taken by by all staff members on 28/10/2019 . 9. Flag Day was observed on 25/11/2019 by collecting fund from the all staff members. 10. Reading of Sawidhan Prastawana and Pledge on a/c of Constitution Day 26th November,2019 was taken by all staff members in the presence of AG on 26/11/2019. 11. NCD Screening camp deputed by Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur was arranged for all Officers and Staff members as fallows: (i)Primary Screening and awareness generation :- 4/12/2019 (ii)Confirmatory diagnostics for suspected official:- 5/12/2019 12. Programme of ” Republic Day -26th January,2020” along with cultural activities was arranged for all staff members of IA&AD at Audit Office Nagpur alone. 13. Lecture Programme of Dr. Minakshi Singh from NMC, Nagpur on first aid training to disaster management committe of first aid and other staff members was arrangedon 29/1/2020. 14. “Shahid Diwas” was observed by all staff members on 30th January, 2020. 15. Annual medical health checkup of Group “A” Officers was arranged through Rainbow Medinova Laboratories, Nagpur on 30/1/2020 onwards. 16. Arranged programme of lecture of KARO SAMBHAV organisation on e-waste management for the benefit of staff member on 4/2/2020. 17. Arranged programme of lecture of Dr. Suniti Khandekar on “Nutrition” for the benefit of staff member on 6/3/2020(Proposed). 18. Arranged programme of lecture of Dr. Rekha Barahate (NGO)Nagpur on “Domestic violence” and “Child abuse” on 30/3/2020 (Proposed). AGRC implemented the following activities :- 1. On a/c of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Jayanti, a lecture programme of Vijay Bhagdikar of Nagpur was arranged on 26/4/2019 for the benefit of all staff members. 2. Programme of Naad Yoga –The sounds of healing of Dr. Jayant Deshmukh, Nagpur was arranged for the benefit of staff members on 1/5/2019 . 3. Programme of flute music of Shri Upadhya from Nagpur was arranged for all staff members on 13/5/2019. 4. Musical programme ‘Shravan Sari’ of Marathi and Hindi songs of “Ärohi Group”, Nagpur was arranged for the entertainment of staff members on 2/8/2019. 5. Arranged lecture programme on “use cycle, save petrol and save nature” of cyclist on a mission riding for Guinness record “Shri Rase Rajan” from Salem, Tamilnadu for the benefit of staff members on 1/10/2019. 6. Programme of Naad Yoga –The sounds of healing of Dr. Jayant Deshmukh, Nagpur, again on demand from staff members , was arranged for the benefit of staff members on 11/10/2019. 7. Quiz contest on a/c of vigilance awareness week was arranged for staff members on 31/10/2019. 8. Lecture programme on a/c of vigilance awareness week on the theme “Integrity- a way of life” of Shri B.G.Gaikar, IPS, Dy.IG of Nagpur was arranged for all staff members on 1/11/2019. 9. Nature walk programme at Japani Garden, Nagpur for the health benefit point of view of the staff members was arranged on 13/12/2019. 10. Urban gardening ideas competition was arranged for all officers and staff members during 2nd fortnight of December,2019 11. Annual social gathering – Various programmes/games of staff members were arranged for staff members during the period from 1/1/2020 to 3/1/2020. 12. FasTag facility was made available to all staff members through representative of PayTM on 4/2/2020. Sports Achievements: Formation of combined teams for the IA&AD tournament in respect of games –Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Hockey and Carrom was completed in time as per the schedule given by Hqrs. (i) Cricket :- Mr.R. Sanjay and Mr. Lalit Yadav from our office were the member of Vidarbha Ranji Trophy Team for the years2019-20. (ii) Badminton : Ms Anamika Durgapurohit participated in Yonex-Sunrise All India Masters Ranking Badminton Tournament 2019 held during 1/12/2019 to 7/12/2019 at Nagpur and secured Runner-Up position in 45 + Mix Double event. (ii) Also participated in CAG’s (IA&AD) Veteran Badminton Team in the 44th Indian Masters (Veteran) National Badminton Championships 2019-20. This is a composite fund placed at the disposal of Regional Committee, Nagpur by four offices. This fund provides monetary assistance to family members of all four offices in the event of death, illness or distress due to natural calamities and for education of children of staff members. During the year 2019-20, fund was given to family member of one deceased employee from Audit office.

1. It functions in the office premises to cater the need of tea, coffee and snacks of the staff members at reasonable rates on day to day basis. 2. Programme of preparation of Diwali sweets by making availability thereof at reasonable rates for the benefit of staff members was implemented during fourth week of October, 2019 and distributed to staff members on 25/10/2019. 3. Adhered to the indicators of Swachha Bharat Mission programme in Canteen on day to day basis. |
