This office deals with Institutional Loans provided by the Haryana State Govt. to various entities of the state and also with individual loans to state government employees provided under HBA/MCA/CA. in case of individual loan No-Dues Certificate (NDC) is issued. Account of the Individual loans from the month of May-2017 onwards are sanctioned and maintained by PNB/State Government.
