Institutional loans are sanctioned by the State Govt. to various entities of the state and their sanction orders, vouchers and other details are forwarded to this office which is incorporated in SLR register and broadsheets. Recovery challans of loan installments are provided by the concerned treasuries from time to time which are then incorporated in broadsheets against each loan sanctioned.

Details of recoveries of individual loan under HBA/MCA/CA are received in this office through treasuries before May-2017. Challans/Schedules are entered in VLC application after verification of related document, rules and condition from available sanction loans details in this office. In case of individual loan No-Dues Certificate (NDC) is issued after recovery principle and interest amount of loan up to April-2017. NDC cases of individual loans are received from DDOs through OTIS System Haryana as well as by post.
