At present Final Payment Application and application for Allotment of new GPF No. are being received manually.
In the event of death of Govt. Servant while in service, the dependent of the deceased Govt. servant is eligible for Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme. Subscriber should have rendered a minimum of 5 years of service for availing the benefit under this scheme. For this the DDO should obtain an application from the dependent on a plain paper and the same should be forwarded to AG Office.
