Grievance Redressal Cell for IA&AD Pensioners

Pr. Accountant General is pleased to form a Pensioners' Grievance Redressal Cell under Sr. Deputy Accountant General (Admn.) as a Welfare measure for IA&AD Pensioners vide Headquarters' letter dated 23.09.2010.

The Grievance Redressal Cell will be headed by Sr. Accounts Officer/Admn3 and will be assisted by Asstt. Accounts Officer (Admn. 3) & Sr. Accountant (Admn. 3) dealing with pension cases of IA & AD Pensisoners.

Sr. Deputy Accountant General (Admn.) will be the Nodal Officer for addressing any concern, which a departmental pensioner may have relating to, but not limited to, pension payments.
