From 2013-14 onwards, the GPF account statements as on 31st March of the year are being uploaded in the official website of this office. The TPF account statements are also being uploaded in this website from 2014-15. The PF accounts of Teaching and Non Teaching Staff Working in Chennai Corporation Schools are also being uploaded from 2018-19 and for Madurai Corporation schools from 2019-20. The subscribers may access their AISPF/GPF/TPF data by logging into their account using Number & suffix – Date of birth (password) and also download their account statement. With a view to have secured access to the GPF data, dynamic OTP will be generated and sent to registered mobile number of the subscriber during login to their webpage.

Subscribers should satisfy themselves as to the correctness of the annual statement and errors noticed, if any, should be brought to the notice of the Accounts Officer. The details of missing credits  will also be shown in the said statement.
