Catering Audit
The catering Audit consists of the Audit of Receipts and sales of commodities by the catering Department of the Railway including purchase policy, fixation of sale price, executives checks on the stocks held and the percentage of wastage and write off loses etc. The audit of all bills/vouchers and the returns received and dealt with in the catering Accounts section of the Accounts office will be conducted.
Auditee Units:-
The Traffic Audit section is responsible for conducting the catering audit during Department Centric Audit of Commercial Department. The PCCM, Sr.DCM/ACM of Divisions, field offices including Stations are the primary Audit Units during conduct of audit.
