Issue of Payslip
A payslip is issued to an Office in the following cases: -
- On first appointment to a Gazetted Post (Direct appointment) to a permanent post.
- On promotion of a Gazetted Officer
- On promotion of an Officer from Level-10 to Level-11
- Appointment to a new post (permanent/temporary)
- Transfer to Foreign Service/Deputation to Government of India
- Charge Allowances for holding additional post
- On deputation to Government of Jharkhand by officers of Central Government/PSUs
- Leave salary payslips
As a general rule permanent payslip is issued except in the following cases:-
- The post is temporary.
- The appointment is for specific period.
- The drawal of increment is subject to completion of probation, passing of departmental examination or other tests or other conditions imposed by the Government.
- The officer is going to be superannuated shortly.
- Provisional payslip has to be issued for a specified period for want of certain document.
