Maintain the Broad sheet properly.
Credit/Debit the sanction amount as per the terms and condition of loan.
Reconcile the loan with Ministries and respective Government time to time.
The office can not reverse the transaction any wrong or excess payment to be rectified by Ministries only so payment process must be carefully done.
