Voucher Level Computerisation (VLC) was initiated in IAAD in November 1996. As of 2005, all the Accounts and Entitlements Offices across the country have computerised.

VLC Application

Voucher Level Computerisation (VLC) Application is a custom made Application for compilation and generation of the Accounts of the State Govt. The VLC Application is developed using Oracle 11g Application with Oracle 11g database. The servers are running with Red HAT Linux (Version 5.6) Operating System. Client machines access the Application through standard web browsers i.e. Internet Explorer (IE-7 or 8).
