Request for payslips should be made one month before the expiry of existing payslip. |
The letter relating to issue of payslip, terminal leave encashment, leave report, etc., should be addressed to Dy. Accountant General (GE), Office of the Pr. Accountant General (A&E), Jharkhand, Ranchi-834002. |
As per the Citizen Charter, payslip is generally issued by this office within 21 days of receipt of application. Hence, before expiry of this period, do not insist to meet the concerned Branch Officers. |
For issue of payslips on time, the Officers should enclose all the required documents with their applications. Incomplete applications will delay the process of fixation of pay. |
Don’t bring outside influence |
In case of promotion/financial upgradation of scale, the officer should exercise his/her option under FR-22 for fixation of pay (either from the date of promotion or from the date of next increment of the lower post/grade) within 30 days of issue of such order. |
- CTC cannot be signed by both the relieving/relieved officers, it should be countersigned by the controlling officer.
- Full name and designation along with full communication address(with PINCODE) are to be given in all communications addressed to AG(A&E).
- Certificates of fulfillment of the conditions laid down, if any, for the grant of allowances claimed should invariably be furnished
- Head of Departments are responsible to take timely action for Declaration/Extension/Termination of probation of a Govt. servant
- Gazetted Officers can draw pay and allowances (except leave salary) without pay slip for 3 months as indicated below:
